Drupal Creative Commons The creative commons module allows users to select and assign a creative commons license to a node and any attached content, or to the entire site. it also provides integration between cc and drupal technology. The creativecommons module is a fully featured module for drupal 6, under active development (since it was part of the google summer of code in 2009). it implements ccrel and makes use of the cc web services api, and it integrates with other drupal modules (e.g. implements views api).
Creative Commons Drupal Org The creative commons field module defines a field type for attaching creative commons licence types. this allows you to add creative commons licences to any entity type, including media. for a full description of the module, visit the project page: drupal.org project creative commons. This documentation explains how to configure and install creative commons as part of a community media installation. creative commons is a form of copyright license that promotes sharing as long as the creator is given credit and the terms of the specific license are respected. There are currently two creative commons (cc) modules for drupal. cc lite only offers limited functionality, but the cc module has not been updated for a long time and doesn't support current versions of drupal. This is the first (and possible only) release the 4.7 version of this module. i think there are more people interested in a version that works with drupal 5 at this point. read more view usage statistics for this release.
