Out of everything i've read up on about it, pretty sure you need to save everyone and fight super tyrant so you can get the signal rockets at the end of the game. Highly recommended to get this trophy in normal mode, as there are less items to pick compared to easier difficulties. edit: this trophy was obtained in my jill's normal mode best ending. You need to save chris/jill for this trophy to go back in the cell when the cutscene automatically takes you out so you collect an item in there so shoot for the best ending for the every nook.
